Gilles Corcos

Chairman of the Board of Directors

Dr. Corcos has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of DiCon since the company was formed in 1986. Dr. Corcos has had a distinguished academic career, which included a 32-year tenure as professor of mechanical engineering at the University of California, Berkeley.

Dr. Corcos holds a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan and a Doctorat d'Etat (Physics) from the University of Grenoble, France. Dr. Corcos also serves as a director of Agua Para La Vida, a non-government organization incorporated in the State of California.


Dunson Cheng

Director

Dr. Cheng joined the Board of Directors of DiCon in March 2002. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cathay Bank headquartered in Los Angeles, California. Prior to that he worked for Xerox Corporation where he held a number of senior positions over a nine-year period.

Dr. Cheng holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, Wisconsin and a Ph.D. in Physics from the State University of New York. He is a director of Tsinghua University (Beijing) Education Foundation (Northern California), the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce and several other community organizations.


Ho-Shang Lee

Director, President & Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Lee has been DiCon's President, Chief Executive Officer and Director since he founded the company in June 1986. Under his leadership, DiCon has emerged as one of the world's largest suppliers of passive components, modules and test instruments for the fiberoptic communications industry.

Dr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from National Cheng-Kung University in Taiwan and Master of Science and a Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.


Chun-Lung Lin

Director

Mr. Lin joined the Board of Directors of DiCon in June 2000. He is currently serving as President of Global Fiberoptics, DiCon's Taiwanese wholly-owned subsidiary. Before assuming his current position in January 2000, Mr. Lin owned and operated a major construction company in Taiwan.

Mr. Lin holds a Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from National Cheng-Kung University in Taiwan.


Andrew Mathieson

Director

Mr. Mathieson has been a member of the Board of Directors of DiCon since June 2000. He is President of Fairview Capital, a registered investment advisor located in Larkspur, California.

Mr. Mathieson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and Master of Business Administration from Stanford University.
