Position:  Semiconductor Process Engineer

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes for III-V optical devices
• Develop and manufacture leading-edge High Brightness LEDs and LED arrays, for solid-state lighting applications
• Develop processes including metallization, etching, deposition, and optical lithography.
• Collaborate with top epitaxy and device engineers to improve the performance of these advanced optical devices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• MS in Chemical Engineering
