Position:  Accounts Payable Accountant

DiCon Fiberoptics Inc. is one of the suppliers of innovative, high quality optical components, integrated modules, and test equipment for the optical networking industry. We have an immediate opening for the Accounts Payable Accountant position.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle emails, phone calls and mails in connection with AP function
• Handle full cycle of Accounts Payable function
• Manage sales & use tax for taxable and non-taxable purchases
• Research and correct discrepancies
• Maintain the Fixed Assets System
• Any ad hoc assignment

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in handle full cycle of Accounts Payable function.
• Detail oriented, high degree of accuracy and responsibility.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, including but not limited to research, organize and analyze information.
• Must be a team player.
• Strong initiative and able to set priorities and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill. Mandarin speaking is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (advanced Excel skill a plus)
• AA or BS in Business or Accounting preferred.
